Manu brings a deep understanding of flavour, ingredients and craftsmanship. Deli brings her passion for people, connection and creating meaningful experiences. Together, they realised that one of life's greatest pleasures is beautifully simple: Sharing a really good drink, in the right moment, with the right people.
